ㅂ니까 하다

quoting a formal line aloud

-ㅂ니까 is the formal question ending, and 하다 after it quotes the line as something said: 이게 말이 됩니까 하면서, 그걸 열면 말이 됩니까 하고, 저거만 줘서 어떡합니까 했더니. All five lines are re-enactments — the speaker performing someone's words, sometimes their own catchphrase ([바로 이 맛 아닙니까 큐!] 바로 이 맛 아닙니까 하면서) or a standard greeting (안녕하십니까 하면). Note that the quoted line keeps its formal ending even when everything around it is casual.
