다 달다

ask someone to bring it

This is the request form of 주다 "give" — 달라 — sitting after "-어다(가)", which means fetch something and then do the next thing with it. Every line is a request that someone go get a thing and hand it over: he asked me to bring him a cappuccino, if I ask you to bring something you bring it, call the foreman and ask him to buy some, the delivery men who bring you your lunchbox. 갖다 달라 is bring it, 사다 달라 is buy it and bring it; 달라 is used only when the speaker or the subject is the one receiving.
