The lines here do not settle on a single expression. Two of them show a genuinely separate word 되다 that works as an adjective meaning "hard going, laborious" — 되다 돼, roughly "this is rough", said about a struggle. Several others are the ordinary verb 되다 "work, turn out" in the repeated shape 됐다 안 됐다, "it works, it doesn't, it works", describing something flickering in and out. Two more are 갖다 되다, asking whether one will do. Because these are different words with different meanings, the pairing is not established here.
