-다가 breaks off one thing and switches to another, and 들어가다 is going in — into a place, or home for the night. 있다가 들어가다 is hanging around a while and then heading in, which several of these lines are: five more minutes, after the night market, six months after debut. The same verb also covers money going in, as in what it cost to cover the whole country.
