다가 나가다

The 다가 clause is what was going on before the leaving, and in half of these lines it is simply being there: you have to leave in twenty minutes, how can you just be here and then walk out, we can hang out among ourselves and then head out. Others give the activity that was interrupted, such as chatting for ages and then leaving, or eating at a drinking session and then going out. It also covers people coming and going through a space.
