나오다 'come out' is what Korean uses for information appearing — in a search, a report, a news item, an app — and -다고 quotes the content: 검색을 해 봤는데 없다고 나와서 'I searched and it came up as unavailable', 뉴스에서 한파특보가 내려졌다고 나와서 'the news said a cold-wave warning had been issued'. The variant 나와 있다 means it stands written there: 시베리아 야생 멧돼지의 털을 사용했다고 나와 있습니다 'it says they used Siberian boar bristles'.
