Takes a whole statement and marks it as your own perception rather than a fact: 그때 좀 초라하다고 느낀 거야 내가 'that was when I felt pathetic', 저는 수영 막 재밌다고 느끼진 못했어요. Three lines use the passive 느껴지다, which moves the feeling off the speaker and onto the thing — 어떨 때 내가 아직 어리다고 느껴져? 'when do I come across as still young?' Compare 게 느끼다, which takes a single manner word where this one takes a full statement.
