Two useful patterns appear. 갖다 먹다 is fetching it yourself and eating, which is what four of these lines are about, all in the context of self-service water or coffee. 기다렸다 먹다 or 기다리다 먹다 is holding off and eating later, which gives the line about how good it tastes after a long wait. Two of the printed lines are not this at all, just a sentence ending right before the word for eat.
