that's insane — said in amazement

Almost every line here is the doubled exclamation 미쳤다 미쳤다 or 미쳤다 미쳤어, literally "it's crazy", said on the spot when something is impressive or overwhelming. It is nearly always admiration in these lines — a great seafood restaurant, a high score, a wild market — not a claim that anyone has actually lost their mind. One line pairs it with 미치겠다 "I'm losing it", which is the speaker's own state rather than a verdict on the thing.
