Two shapes turn up here. 갖다 팔다 is taking something somewhere and selling it off — 금방에다 갖다 팔았어? (did you take it to a gold shop and sell it?), 갖다 팔면 돼요. And 샀다 팔았다 하다, three of these six lines, is buying and selling over and over, in and out of a position. 팔다팔다(가) is the verb doubled, meaning selling and selling until something finally gave.
