Most of these lines put 거의 in front for reinforcement: practically none of them left, practically getting torn apart, practically living together, a country with practically no border. Do not confuse it with plain 다시피 on its own, as in 아시다시피 meaning as you know, which points at what the listener already knows rather than exaggerating a degree.
