더라도 하다

do it even if X happens

-더라도 grants a bad outcome and 하다 says to go ahead anyway: 깨지더라도 해봐야 돼, 'even if you get crushed, you have to try'. It is stronger and more hypothetical than -아/어도, which also means 'even if' but treats the case as more real. Most lines here are pep talk of that kind; one runs the other way — 안 한다고 하더라도 할 말이 없죠, 'even if they say no, we've nothing to say about it'.
