도 않다

nonsense; that won't fly

Six of the seven lines here are 되도 않다, a set expression dismissing something as absurd or doomed — 되도 않는 소리 is 'rubbish, nonsense', 되도 않는 꼼수 is 'a hopeless trick': 야 그게 무슨 규칙이야 되도 않는 소리. It is 되지도 않다 with the 지 dropped, the way speech does, and that dropping is the same thing happening in 많이 움직이도 않고 'doesn't even move much.' It is blunt and slightly rude.
