Every line here is one of three fixed phrases built the same way, listing two things you cannot do. 듣도 보도 못하다 means never heard of and never seen, so utterly unheard-of, and it is the commonest by far in these lines. 오도 가도 못하다 means unable to go forward or back, that is, stuck. 빼도 박도 못하다 means unable to pull out or push in, that is, no way out of it now.
