도록 도와주다

help someone do something

"-도록" sets up the result you are aiming at — so that they can — and 도와주다 supplies the helping. It is the standard way to describe what a person, service or tool enables: help your child enjoy studying, help you cancel subscriptions and manage money, a solution that helps you get to quitting smoking entirely, a platform helping people reach the real world. The near-identical "-게 도와주다" means the same; -도록 sounds a shade more purposeful and fits explanatory or promotional speech, which is what most of these lines are.
