어다 팔다

take it out and sell it

The linker "-어다(가)" means take or bring something somewhere and then do the next thing to it — here, sell it. Four of the five lines are 내다 팔다, "put it out and sell", which is the ordinary way to say dump or offload: sell off the real estate and raise the dividend, dump bitcoin, unload nine trillion won in a day. The remaining line is 떼다 팔다, buying stock wholesale and reselling it.
