These lines do not show a construction with a meaning of its own — they are the ordinary verb 되다 in its two everyday senses, picked up by the analyser next to whatever came before it. One sense is becoming something: [합죽이가 됩시다 합!], 우리가 다 피아노 전문가 될 수가 없어. The other is 'that works, that's allowed, it's fine', usually said on its own: 봐 봐 되잖아! 'see, it works!', 어 되네? 돼. Treat 되다 itself as the thing to learn here.
