Casual 갖고 for 가지고, 'and so'

-어 갖고 is the spoken squeeze of -어 가지고, linking a cause to what followed: 손님들이 많아갖고 주말이라... 'there are so many customers, it being the weekend...', 그래갖고 지금 녹화 중간에 와가지고 'and so I came in the middle of a shoot.' It also chains steps in a process — 과자 봉투 하나 뜯어갖고, 재료 넣은 다음에 'rip open a snack bag, then put the ingredients in.' It is very common in speech and out of place in writing.
