어 헷갈리다

so confusing, I'm mixed up

헷갈리다 is being unable to tell two things apart, and half these lines are just the word exclaimed on its own, doubled for effect: 어우 헷갈려 헷갈려, [간헐적 천재] 헷갈려 헷갈려. With something in front, that something is the reason: 쿠데타가 너무 많아 헷갈려!, 뒤로 가기 버튼조차 달라 헷갈리는데, [제작진들도 같이 있어 헷갈렸음...]. 모르다 is not knowing at all; 헷갈리다 is knowing both and mixing them up.
