끄다 means switching something off — a light, an engine, a fire. None of these lines actually contains it. What has been picked up is 꺼 in 내꺼, the casual spelling of 내 거 'mine': 이거 내꺼요, 금메달 내 꺼, 화장실까지 내 꺼 되고. One further line has 잡아끌다, to grab and drag, which is a different verb again.
