Pull it off / get it out

Adding 내다 to a verb says the action was pushed through to a result, often against resistance: 견뎌내야 한다 'I have to endure it through', 버티냈네 in 또 하루를 버텨냈네 'made it through another day', 어렵게 얻어낸 거야 'we won it the hard way.' It also carries the sense of bringing something out into the open — 만들어내다 'to produce', 녹여내다 'to work something into a song.' Compare plain 만들다 'make': 만들어내다 stresses that something new emerged from effort.
