날아가다, spelled here the colloquial way, is literally flying off, and applied to money and value it means gone: forty per cent of an institute's funding wiped out, minus sixty-two per cent in Germany, ten per cent off the gold price. All four printed lines are a percentage disappearing, so this is market and budget commentary rather than anything physical taking flight.
