Five of these eight lines are a percentage and 넘다, which is how Korean says a number is above some mark: 청취율 50%가 넘었어요 'the listening figures went over 50 percent', 전체 실업률이 30%가 넘는 나라예요. Note the particle is 가, not 을. The other use is 뛰어넘다, physically leaping over or figuratively surpassing: 예를 들면 예상을 뛰어 넘는다? 'like it goes beyond what you expected.'
