These lines do not establish a pattern, because most of them only contain the syllable. Several are really the verb 팔다, to sell, whose forms lose their final consonant, as in making things and selling them or bundling something in and selling it. Others are a place name, a word for a faction of people who like or hate something, and a country name. What is genuinely 파다, to dig, is the compound meaning to dig at a sore spot, which is what one line uses.
