Every line here is the single compound 울려 퍼지다 — 울리다 'resound' fused with 퍼지다 'spread', i.e. a sound filling a space: 스튜디오 안에 울려 퍼지는 함성과 박수 'cheers and applause echoing through the studio', 교실 한복판에서 울려 퍼지는 'ringing out across the classroom'. It is used of bells, cheers, laughter, sirens and songs, and it belongs to captions and narration rather than ordinary conversation.
