빼다 is pulling something out, removing it or leaving it out — moving a car out of a flooded lot, dropping the emotion from a performance, cutting something for being too long. Most of these lines are just the bare shouted command 빼! repeated, so they show the verb clearly but not a construction built on it. The clearest line, 우스는 너무 길어 빼, is 'that one's too long, cut it'.
