These lines do not settle on one thing, so treat the entry with caution. Some are 사다 "buy" — 사서 써 "just buy them and use them", 사 주다 "buy it for someone else". Others are the different verb 살다 "to live", which looks similar in some forms: 붙잡혀 사는 것 같은데 "seems to be living stuck in the past", 전세 들어가 사시는 분들 "people living on a jeonse lease". What can be said safely is that 사 주다 means buying something for another person, which is a very common everyday phrase.
