throw it, having done X first

An "-아서/-어서" clause naming the grip, the reason or the state, plus 던지다 "throw". Physically: grab her by the feet, spin her and throw, lift it like this and throw, I'll throw wide of you. There is also a market sense — 던지다 is what traders call dumping a position: I sold out when the Nasdaq slid, a lot of money got spooked and dumped. And it covers tossing out an idea: I wanted to throw it out there because it'd be good to do together.
