The main pattern is 들다 'hold, lift, carry': 냉장고에 캔을 빼서 들고 있어 'I take a can out of the fridge and just hold it', 사서 들고 들어가시면 됩니다 'you can buy them and carry them in', 무거워서 들지는 못하는구나 'too heavy to lift, then'. But 들다 is heavily overloaded, and other lines here use it for hearing (들어는 봤는데 'I have heard of it'), for eating in the honorific 드시다 (접어서 드시네요 'you fold it before eating'), and for a thought arriving (생각은 극히 최근에 와서 들었고요).
