prepare it and hand it over

드리다 is the humble "give", so this is doing something to an item and then handing it to someone you are serving or deferring to: 섞어서 드릴까요? "shall I mix it for you?", 환전해서 드릴게요 "I'll change the money and give it to you", 봉투에 넣어서 드리면 됩니다 "just put it in the envelope and hand it over". Most of these lines are staff or hosts speaking to a customer or a guest. Between equals, all of them would use 주다 instead.
