어서 돌아다니다

go out and wander around

돌아다니다 is moving about from place to place with no fixed destination — wandering, roaming, doing the rounds. -아/어서 supplies the step before, and here it is usually 나가서 'go out and': 일부러 막 나가서 돌아다니고. Other lines give the means or the manner: 스쿠터 빌려서 돌아다녀봐 'rent a scooter and get around on it', 좀 우회해서 돌아다녀요 'go the long way round'.
