돌다 is turning or circling: running out and turning back (다른 애들은 막 50m 가서 돌아서 다시 가더라고요), turning to face the camera (서서 돌아서 카메라를 향해서), sound going out and coming back to your own ear (내 목소리가 나가서 돌아서 다시 내 귀로 들어올 때!). Spinning until you're dizzy is the same verb (달팽이관이 진짜 약해서 돌면 너무 어지러워요), and so is going round a series of places on a trip: 제가 이번에 미국에 가서 돌게 되었는데요.
