turn, run, or pass round

돌리다 is making something go round, and the clause in front gives the setup. Physically it is holding the crawfish and twisting, pulling it out and spinning it, or taking a road that loops around. It is also the verb for running a machine, as in loading it all in and running it, or tossing the food in sauce before microwaving. A third sense, sending something round to people, shows up in recording music and putting it into circulation.
