The first verb is what you do to the thing before carrying it over: 따끈하게 데워서 갖다드릴게요옹~! 'I'll warm it up and bring it to you', 집에서 꾹 짜서 갖고 나와요 'squeeze it out at home before you bring it.' 갖다드리다 is the polite version of handing it over. The same ending can also give a reason for bringing something: 혹시 몰라서 갖고 왔어 'I brought it just in case.'
