어서 묶다

묶다 is tying or bundling, and the -아서/어서 gives the step before: 비닐에 쓰레기를 적당히 모아서 묶어서, 이런 작은 비닐에 담아서 묶어 뒀다가, 어깨에 둘러서 묶은 다음에. It covers tying a person up as well (총 겨누고 이래서 묶어서 현장을 급습한다). Figuratively it means bundling separate things into one package or network: 패키징해서 묶어 팔면 당연히 가격이 오른단 말이야, 연구소와 실험기관, 대학을 체인화해서 묶었다고.
