빼다 is pulling something out or leaving it off, and -아서/어서 gives either the reason or the step before it: 네가 얘기해서 뺐어 (I took it out because you mentioned it), 안 어울리는 것 같아서 뺐어요 (I took them off because they didn't suit me).
