An "-아서/-어서" clause (do this first, then) leading into 뿌리다, "scatter, sprinkle, spray". The lines cover confetti thrown for an award, launching within the hour and spraying, taking something out and sprinkling it on food, crushing volcanic rock and spreading it for reactivity, and spreading money around — 자기 돈으로 만들어서 뿌리겠다. 뿌리다 works for anything distributed in small pieces over an area, dry or liquid.
