Two different words spelled 싸다 sit under this heading, and you have to tell them apart. Most lines are 싸다 "wrap, pack": put the ingredients in and wrap it to eat, roll pork belly in rice cake and wrap it, wrap it and dip it in peanut or chilli sauce, pack an apple and blueberries in the morning. Two lines are the other 싸다 "cheap", inside 싸게 만들다 "make it cheap" — soju is watered down to make it cheap, and pushing a share price down to make it cheap. The wrapping sense is where the food word 쌈 comes from.
