An "-아서/-어서" clause of motion plus 따지다, "argue it out, demand an accounting". Nearly every line is 가서 따지다 or 와서 따지다 — going somewhere to complain and press the point. Three lines are the same joke, telling viewers to go and take their complaint to the National Institute of Korean Language. It is confrontational: 따지다 means picking through the details to prove someone wrong, not politely asking.
