어서 튀기다

coat it and deep-fry it

An "-아서/-어서" clause giving the preparation step, then 튀기다 "deep-fry". Cooking dominates: dredge tomatoes in cornmeal and fry, coat in breadcrumbs and fry, add spices and fry the chicken. Several lines use 묻히다 "dust or coat with" as that first step, which is the standard collocation. Two lines are jokes rather than recipes — frying whoever's behind it, being caught naked and deep-fried. 튀기다 is frying in deep oil, distinct from 볶다 "stir-fry", which one line names right alongside it.
