move around; be too something to move

-아/어서 gives either the reason for moving or the step before it. Reason: 너무 타이트해서 움직이기 힘들어요 'it's too tight to move in', 귀찮아서 움직이긴 싫고 'I can't be bothered, so I don't want to move'. Sequence: 빨리 일어나서 움직여야 돼 'you need to get up and move about'. In the last line 따라서 움직이다 means moving along with something — there 따라서 is the verb 따르다 'follow' plus this same ending.
