어 싸다

wrap it up, pack it

싸다 is wrapping something up, and in these lines it mostly means packing food to take away: 싸 가 싸 가!, 가족을 위해 싸주고. With 둘러 it becomes 둘러싸다, to surround something on all sides (4만 2천 명이 둘러싸가지고, 저기를 이렇게 둘러싸 주시잖아요), and with 쥐어 it makes 쥐어싸다, clutching your head in distress (머리를 쥐어 싸는데 지금!). Two lines here are a different 싸다 entirely — relieving oneself (나 쉬 싸!) — so check what is being wrapped before assuming.
