어 떠들다

chatter away noisily

떠들다 is talking loudly and freely — chatting away, or making a racket. Three of these lines are the playful compound 떠들어제끼다, used in captions to introduce a chatty episode: 팬심 가득 담아 떠들어제껴볼게용, 'we're going to chatter away, full of fan feeling', with a cutesy -용 ending on the verb. It also carries the disapproving sense of making noise you should not: 덩달아 떠들지 않을 것을 촉구한다.
