be carrying on like that

Every line here is 이러고 / 그러고 / 저러고 있다 — 'to be going on like this or that', pointing at behaviour instead of naming it. 저러고 있다 is used about someone else acting the way you can see, usually with disapproval: 콜롬비아 대통령이 저러고 있으니까 (with the Colombian president carrying on like that). 이러고 있었어요 does the same about yourself — 'this is what I was up to'.

Register: casual; the 저러고 version is often critical
