Dismisses a possibility as out of the question given what the speaker knows: 저희 쪽에서 샜을 리 없습니다 'it can't possibly have leaked from our side', 그런 게 있을 리 없죠 'there's no way such a thing exists'. In captions it turns dry and mocking — 계획이 있을 리 없는, 'as if they ever had a plan'. You will also see it written 을 리가 없다 with the particle; the meaning is identical.
