A condition plus 자다 "sleep," and here it mostly describes how easily someone drops off: 진짜? 누우면 자는구나?, 조금만 가만히 있으면 자는 거예요, 한 7줄 읽으면 자요. It also asks whether sleep is possible in some situation: 근데 솔직히 모기 있으면 잘 수 있어?, 지금 마음먹으면 잘 수 있어요?. One line is not the verb at all — 여기를 먹으면 자두고 is 자두, the fruit plum.
