으면 나가다

if X, leave or go out

A conditional plus 나가다, going out from where you are. In these lines that is leaving a job if it is not a good fit, being told to get out, having to go out and come back if you lose the ball, and going out for a run when you have eaten too much. One line uses the selling sense, asking whether the thing will actually move if you list it, and another uses the fixed phrase where the condition means before long.
