Also spelled eumyeonaoda, umyonnaoda

if X, it comes out

A conditional feeding into 나오다, which is broader than come out. These lines use three of its senses: leaving a place, as in walking out if the food is bad, showing up somewhere, as in coming in on a Saturday if there is an event or being told to get out here, and being served or produced, as in the sauce that comes with sashimi or the machine that kicks in when there is dust. The mirror image is 나가다, going out away from the speaker.
