으면 살다

if X, you can survive

With 살다 "live, survive," the conditional says what life depends on, and the dominant shape here is the negative one: 먹지 않으면 살 수가 없어요, 물은 없으면 살 수 없잖아요 — without this, you cannot survive. It also covers surviving a danger (넌 "오징어 게임" 나갔으면 살았다!) and living somewhere (기회가 있으면 살고 싶어요). Be careful with the written form: 살 in 살 것 같아요 or 살 수 있다 can equally be the future of 사다 "buy," and some lines here are exactly that (이런 키링 있으면 살 것 같아요?, 500만 원만 있으면 살 수 있다). Context, not spelling, tells the two apart.
