-(으)ㄴ 대로 means 'just as, in accordance with', so 하고 싶은 대로 하다 is 'do as you please'. Every line here is that exact phrase, and nearly always it is permission or encouragement being handed to someone: 그냥 너 하고 싶은 대로 해도 돼, 내 눈치 보지 말고 'just do what you want, don't worry about me'. The same frame takes other verbs — 말한 대로 'as I said', 배운 대로 'as you were taught' — though none of those turn up in these examples.
